30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your 8 AM Fashion purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at 8amstyle@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
  2. We will provide you with return instructions
  3. Pack items securely in original packaging when possible
  4. Ship the return using a trackable shipping service (we recommend keeping your tracking number)

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For defective or incorrect items, 8 AM Fashion will cover return shipping costs

Exchanges: Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors subject to availability. Please indicate in your return request if you would like an exchange, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item(s)
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Limited Edition items
    • All items marked as Limited Edition are final sale
  • Custom-made or personalized items
    • Any items that have been custom-made or personalized to your specifications
  • Final sale items
    • Items marked as final sale on their product pages
  • Items without original tags
    • Items that have had tags removed or are not in original condition

All non-returnable items are clearly marked as such on their product pages. Please review carefully before purchasing.

Defective Merchandise

We advise dry cleaning all items to best care for your 8 AM Fashion garments.

If you receive your garment and feel there is a quality issue or that it is defective within 14 days of delivery, please contact us at 8amstyle@gmail.com to discuss available options. We ask that you send photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.

For defective or damaged items:

  • We will provide a prepaid return label
  • Full refund including original shipping costs will be issued
  • Exchange for the same item will be offered when available

This policy applies to all items, including Limited Edition and custom-made pieces. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

8 AM Fashion accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. The applicable sales tax will be collected at checkout.

Promotional discount codes may never be combined.
